Microblading

Microblading is an innovative permanent makeup method which uses a special technique to create natural hair-like strokes directly into the skin’s surface, resulting in natural looking beautifully designed eyebrows.

Microneedling

Fine lines and wrinkles, uneven skin tone, and a dull complexion can creep up on us as we age, even if we embrace a proper skincare regimen and a squeaky clean diet. Whether via exposure to sun or environmental pollutants, or simply because of genetics, the result is often not the desired you.

Micro-needling, though decades old, strikes many visitors to our spa as a breakthrough new weapon in addressing skin problems. Performed with either a dermal pen or a derma-roller, the treatment involves creating tiny punctures in the surface of the skin in such a manner that collagen and elastin production is stimulated (the body recognizes the mini injuries, and rapidly puts skin into a healing mode). A choice of several serums is then applied according to the specific needs of the client (they can vary with each visit). The result is plumper firmer skin that is smoother and more evenly toned. This procedure can treat the aforementioned concerns, as well as scars, stretch marks, and thinning skin, and can offer radical results.

But is it painful? In fact, microneedling is virtually painless and takes only 30 minutes. Skin may appear pinkish (as if it had been in the sun a short while) after the treatment, but that effect subsides in a few days. Initial benefits are typically obvious, with skin appearing more voluminous, firmer, and with a healthier glow. To maintain those results, we recommend continuing with micro-needling as a regular choice during your facial.

Radio Frequency
